The meeting was called to order by President Feiszli on January 18, 2007
Present: Albinder, Feiszli, Ekberg, Coult, Tropp, Shasberger, Pribble
As board members indicated their presence, they also indicated that they were prepared to waive notice of the meeting.
Moved by Shasberger, seconded by Pribble to appoint Philip Copeland to the Board as ACDA rep
Motion passed unanimously.
Ian Bullen has requested that he *not* be a sitting Board member, suggesting that Bill Brett be designated an industry representative. He will be kept on the mailing list and be "listening" to all meetings but not be active or voting. So, that make our" official" 2007 Board of Directors as follows:
Chorus America rep - Frank Albinder
IFCM rep - James D. Feiszli
ACDA rep - Philip Copeland
Rehearsal Arts rep - Bill Brett
Patron rep - Dean Ekberg
Patron rep - Brigid Coult
Donor rep - Thomas Tropp

There being no further immediate business, the meeting was adjourned on January 19, 2007
